After graduating from a film program in 2025, Joe saw the passion of undergrads around him dwindling. While everyone wanted to make something, they often got stuck on the things they didn’t have: a huge budget, backing from agencies, or a social media following. 

Instead of waiting for the right time, he decided there was no right time, and most of those missing pieces were out of his control. But he could control his work, and he could create now. Enlisting the help of his partner, Claire Healey, with industry experience and a degree in Business Marketing, they began Rain Catcher Films.
